More about the Milwaukee Comedy Festival
The Milwaukee Comedy Festival (formerly the Sketch and Improv Comedy Festival) was founded by Matt Kemple in 2006 to bring the local comedy scene together and create a place in Milwaukee to showcase different styles of comedy. A few years later, Patrick Schmitz joined the production team, adding to its growth and success. Over the years, more than 1000 performers have been featured in the festival, ranging from stand up, improv, sketch, and musical comedy acts.
The Milwaukee Comedy Festival aspires to be the best multi-day comedy event in Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin. We bring audiences the best talent possible, and create an environment where performers can create new and exciting comedy together.
